Hi my name is Goldstein and I am taking sildenafil and have been experiencing some erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension (PE). I have had some recent issues with my penile blood supply and have had a bit of an issue with my penis and now am looking for something to resolve my issue, I am on the 1st dose of sildenafil and am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this type of drug, and has been advised by my doctor to take it on an as-needed basis? My questions are about the side effects and whether or not they are serious enough to require a dose of sildenafil. I know that the side effects of taking sildenafil are relatively uncommon, but that is okay with me. Also, it would be great if I could get a full explanation of the side effects. I am going to be taking a month or so off of the tablet and would love to have some suggestions. Thanks.
I have been taking sildenafil for a little over a year now and am on the 1st dose of 25 mg. I started to feel a bit tired and dizzy and could not get a good good wave, but I also have had some issues with my eyes and nose being dry. My doctor advised me to take the tablet once daily and to take the tablet twice daily to get a better result. I also had some issues with my mouth and nose and could not tolerate the taste of the tablets. I would like to try to take it on an as-needed basis and if my side effects are severe, please let me know. I do have a question about the side effects of taking sildenafil. The main thing for me is that the side effects are relatively uncommon, but that is okay with me. Also, if my side effects of taking sildenafil are serious, I would like to know if I should be concerned enough to inform my doctor if I am taking this drug on an as-needed basis. Thanks
I have had issues with my penis and I am having trouble getting it to have a hard, smooth penis. I think it may be due to the fact that I have been taking some medications that are related to erectile dysfunction and this is why I am on the 1st dose of 25 mg. I am also taking an MAOI that I am taking and I can't tolerate any of the ingredients in the MAOI. I have had to stop my MAOI because I have suffered from severe anxiety and depression. I have been on a number of different antidepressants and this may be related to the MAOI, but my doctor has not recommended it because I can't tolerate the ingredients in the MAOI. I do have to mention, I am not going to be pregnant either. I have been taking a number of pills for anxiety and depression, but I can't tolerate the ingredients of the antidepressants that I have been taking. I will discuss this with my doctor. I have also had issues with my eyes being dry as well as dryness of the mouth and nose. I also have had some issues with my face being dry as well. I don't want to get any further advice. I am trying to conceive and am currently on the 1st dose of 25 mg.
I have been on 25 mg of sildenafil for many years, and my results are not quite what I would have expected. It seems like I am now in the midst of a period of hormonal changes. My doctor has been working hard to get my penis to be firm and I feel I am doing very well with it. I also do not want to be a baby and I am just hoping that I can become pregnant so I can continue to take the medicine I have been prescribed.
